隱私權政策

維權科技股份有限公司（WCTech Co., Ltd.，下稱「本公司」、「我們」）非常重視您的隱私。本隱私權政策（下稱「本政策」）適用於您使用「合約金 AgreeGold」服務（下稱「本服務」）時所涉及之個人資料。本公司依《個人資料保護法》及相關法令蒐集、處理及利用您的個人資料。

一、我們蒐集的資料類別

1. 您主動提供之資料

• 帳號資料：透過 Google 帳號（OAuth）登入時取得之電子郵件地址、顯示名稱、個人頭像及 Google 帳號識別碼。
• 個人／組織資料：您於建立或維護資料時填寫之公司名稱、部門、職稱等。
• 使用者內容：您上傳或輸入之合約、文件（doc／docx／pdf／jpg／png 等）及其衍生資料（如合約 DNA 規則、抽取之條款與當事人資訊）。該等內容可能包含其中所載之第三人個人資料。
• 聯絡與互動：您透過客服信箱、線上對話機器人與我們聯絡之內容；使用對話機器人時為驗證身分所提供之電子郵件與一次性驗證碼（OTP）。

2. 自動蒐集之資料

• 使用紀錄：登入時間、使用次數、使用之方案、操作紀錄。
• 裝置與連線資料：IP 位址、瀏覽器類型、裝置資訊、存取時間等伺服器日誌。
• Cookie 與分析：透過 Google Analytics（GA4）等工具蒐集之網站使用行為（詳見第六點）。

二、蒐集目的與利用方式

我們基於下列目的蒐集、處理及利用您的個人資料：

• 提供、維運本服務並進行身分驗證、帳號管理；
• 運用 AI 技術處理您的使用者內容，以產生草擬、審查、摘要、光學字元辨識（OCR）、比對與建議等結果；
• 客戶服務、通知、帳務與費用處理；
• 系統安全、防範濫用與詐欺、除錯與稽核；
• 統計分析以改善本服務之功能與使用體驗；
• 履行法令義務或配合主管機關之要求。

三、AI 處理之特別說明

為提供草擬、審查等核心功能，您的使用者內容（可能包含合約全文）將被傳送至第三方 AI 模型供應商（例如 Google Gemini）進行處理，以產生對應之 AI 產出。我們僅在為您提供本服務之必要範圍內傳送該等內容。AI 供應商對該等內容之處理，另受其隱私政策與資料處理條款規範。

四、個人資料之第三方分享與委外處理

本公司不會販售您的個人資料。於下列情形，我們可能將資料提供予第三方或委外處理：

• 雲端與基礎服務供應商：Google Firebase（身分驗證、Firestore 資料庫、儲存空間）、Google Cloud 等，用於帳號與資料之儲存與運算。
• AI 模型供應商：如 Google Gemini，用於處理使用者內容並產生 AI 產出（見第三點）。
• 分析服務：Google Analytics，用於了解網站使用情形。
• 電子郵件服務：用於寄送驗證碼、通知與客服往來之郵件服務供應商。
• 依法揭露：為遵循法令、回應司法或主管機關之合法要求，或為保護本公司、使用者或公眾之權利與安全時。

五、跨境傳輸

本服務所使用之雲端與 AI 基礎設施，其伺服器可能位於中華民國境外（包含但不限於歐盟及美國之資料中心）。因此，您的個人資料可能被傳輸至、儲存於或處理於臺灣境外。我們將採取合理措施，確保該等傳輸符合適用之資料保護要求。

六、Cookie 與分析工具

本服務使用必要性 Cookie（維持登入狀態與正常運作）及分析性 Cookie（如 Google Analytics）。您可透過瀏覽器設定管理或停用 Cookie，但停用部分 Cookie 可能影響本服務之功能。

七、資料保存期限

我們僅於達成上述蒐集目的之必要期間內保存您的個人資料，或於法令要求之期間內保存。當您的帳號刪除或資料蒐集目的消失後，我們將刪除或匿名化您的個人資料（詳見〈資料刪除〉政策），但依法令須留存或備份輪替週期內之資料除外。

八、資料安全

我們採取合理之技術與管理措施保護您的個人資料，包含傳輸加密（HTTPS／TLS）、存取控制與權限管理。惟任何網路傳輸或儲存方式皆無法保證百分之百安全，我們無法對絕對安全為保證。

九、您的權利

依《個人資料保護法》第 3 條，您就本公司保有之個人資料，得行使下列權利：

• 查詢或請求閱覽；
• 請求製給複製本；
• 請求補充或更正；
• 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用；
• 請求刪除。

您得透過 [email protected] 行使上述權利。為保護您的權益，我們可能須先驗證您的身分。您亦得拒絕提供特定個人資料，惟可能因此無法使用本服務之全部或一部功能。

十、兒童隱私

本服務係為企業與專業使用者設計，並非以未滿 18 歲之未成年人為對象。我們不會在知情之情況下蒐集未成年人之個人資料。

十一、本政策之修訂

本公司得不時修訂本政策。修訂後之版本將公告於本頁面並更新「最後更新」日期。重大變更將以合理方式通知。請定期查閱本頁面。

WCTech Co., Ltd. (“WCTech”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use the AgreeGold service (the “Service”). We process personal data in accordance with Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable laws.

1. Data We Collect

1.1 Data you provide

• Account data: email address, display name, profile photo, and Google account identifier obtained when you sign in with Google (OAuth).
• Personal/organizational data: company name, department, title, etc. that you enter.
• User Content: contracts and documents you upload or input (doc/docx/pdf/jpg/png) and derived data (e.g., Contract DNA rules, extracted clauses and parties). Such content may contain third-party personal data.
• Communications: messages you send via support email or the chat assistant; the email address and one-time passcode (OTP) you provide to verify your identity in the chat assistant.

1.2 Data collected automatically

• Usage records: login times, usage counts, plan, and activity logs.
• Device & connection data: IP address, browser type, device information, access times (server logs).
• Cookies & analytics: usage behavior collected via tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) (see Section 6).

2. Purposes & Use

• to provide and operate the Service, authenticate you, and manage your account;
• to process your User Content using AI to generate drafts, reviews, summaries, OCR, comparisons, and recommendations;
• customer support, notifications, billing;
• security, abuse and fraud prevention, debugging, and auditing;
• analytics to improve the Service;
• to comply with legal obligations or lawful requests from authorities.

3. AI Processing

To provide core features such as drafting and review, your User Content (which may include full contract text) is transmitted to third-party AI model providers (e.g., Google Gemini) for processing to generate the corresponding AI Output. We transmit such content only to the extent necessary to provide the Service. Processing by AI providers is also subject to their own privacy policies and data processing terms.

4. Sharing & Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We may share or process data with third parties in the following cases:

• Cloud & infrastructure providers: Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage), Google Cloud, for storage and computing.
• AI model providers: e.g., Google Gemini, to process User Content and generate AI Output (Section 3).
• Analytics: Google Analytics, to understand usage.
• Email providers: to send verification codes, notifications, and support correspondence.
• Legal disclosure: to comply with law or lawful requests, or to protect the rights and safety of WCTech, users, or the public.

5. International Transfers

The cloud and AI infrastructure used by the Service may be located outside the Republic of China (Taiwan), including, without limitation, data centers in the EU and the US. Accordingly, your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed outside Taiwan. We take reasonable measures to ensure such transfers meet applicable data protection requirements.

6. Cookies & Analytics

The Service uses essential cookies (to maintain your session and operation) and analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics). You can manage or disable cookies via your browser settings, but doing so may affect functionality.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above, or as required by law. After your account is deleted or the purpose ends, we delete or anonymize your personal data (see the Data Deletion policy), except for data we must retain by law or that remains in backup rotation cycles.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and permission management. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Under Article 3 of Taiwan’s PDPA, with respect to personal data we hold about you, you may:

• inquire about or request to review it;
• request a copy;
• request supplementation or correction;
• request that we cease collecting, processing, or using it;
• request deletion.

You may exercise these rights via [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity first. You may decline to provide certain personal data, but this may prevent you from using all or part of the Service.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is designed for enterprise and professional users and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date; material changes will be notified by reasonable means. Please review this page periodically.
